3. Satisfaction Guarantee
You can confidently try and return items purchased on livawheel.dk within 14 days. However, we encourage you to contact us at +45 50 10 73 22 first if your LivaWheel does not meet your expectations, so we can ensure it is being used correctly.

We accept returns within 14 days from the day you receive your item.
The right of withdrawal requires that the product is returned in the same condition as received. If the product has been devalued due to use or during return shipping, a refund will be issued corresponding to the value the item would have upon resale, as assessed by LivaWheel ApS. The guarantee does not cover faults or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product.

4. Help Us Identify Your Order
Please always contact us by email at contact@livawheel.dk before returning any items and include a copy of your invoice/order confirmation with the product—or at least a note with your invoice or order number.

 

When using the right of withdrawal, you must cover the cost of returning the item yourself. Before the withdrawal period expires, you must notify us if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You can also cancel the purchase by refusing to accept delivery of the item. If you choose this option, please also remember to notify us.

5. Return Shipping
From the moment you notify us of your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item(s). To ensure proof that you returned the item on time, we recommend sending it as registered mail and keeping the postal receipt.

Since the original packaging is part of the product’s value, the product may not be considered returned in substantially the same condition and quantity if the packaging is missing.

Please keep the packaging until you are certain you wish to keep the product. If returning, make sure to secure the LivaWheel during transport by placing the cardboard pieces between the bar and the skate, as when you received it. Any labels must be placed on the shipping packaging. If you need advice on how to return the product safely, please contact us.

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or potential rejection of your refund (if the item is too damaged). If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 5–8 business days.

If you paid by bank transfer, please include your bank details registration number and account number, or IBAN and SWIFT code for international bank transfers) so the agreed amount can be transferred. This information is not sensitive and will only be used to complete the refund.

7. Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The following product types are not covered by the right of withdrawal: LivaWheel units manufactured according to the customer’s specifications or with a clear personal customization, or other custom-made products not sold in the webshop but produced upon request.
